Hi, I'm Dylan.
Warm, personal, engaging ceremonies—with meaningful stories and just the right amount of humor.
During the pandemic, two of my best friends asked me to officiate their wedding. I felt honored to step in, and that one meaningful moment became work I truly love.
Since then, I've led everything from a 10-person backyard ceremony to a 300-plus guest celebration at the Field Museum. Whatever the setting, my focus is helping you feel comfortable, confident, and fully present.

All questions ↗How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 6–12 months in advance, but shorter timelines are sometimes possible. If you have a date in mind, reach out and I'll check availability.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely. I serve Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, and I'm open to destination celebrations, too. Let's talk about your location.
Can we include our own traditions or readings?
Of course. Your ceremony should reflect you. We can weave in religious, spiritual, cultural, interfaith, or family traditions, as well as readings and personal vows.
Will you help with our marriage license?
Yes. I'll guide you through what you need to know about obtaining your license and the signing and filing process.
Do you offer a rehearsal?
Yes. We can walk through the ceremony together so everyone knows where to be and you can feel fully present on the day.
